Role Purpose
Responsible for processing applications from PS2 process with complete diligence with respect to KYC and income documents.
Role Accountability
- Perform scrutiny of credit card applications
- Check if application is compliant to KYC norms
- Conduct Credit checks in document with predefined policies and get into income calculations
- Ensure adherence to TAT and accuracy for decision-making
- Check for validity of documents attached with the application
- Perform process documentation and compliance adherence
Measures of Success
- Processing/Production Accuracy as per SLA
- Adherence to TAT and accuracy for decision-making
- Process adherence as per MOU
Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
- Credit Card knowledge along with good understanding of Credit Processes
- Knowledge of credit documentation, basic financial ability
