About the Role:
We are looking for a fresh BBA graduate with good command over English and is enthusiastic about learning processes and functions regarding Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & HRIS. The ideal candidate would have good learning agility and would be able to think creatively when working on big hiring projects. He/she will have an excellent opportunity for learning and will be able to enjoy a hybrid work model.
Job Responsibilities:
- Checking & understanding hiring requirements.
- Posting job advertisements.
- Sorting and shortlisting resumes.
- Maintaining online documentations.
- Conducting online exams.
- Coordinating & Conducting interviews.
- Facilitating the onboarding process.
- Creating and updating employee profiles in HRIS.
- Facilitating internal relocation of employees.
- Maintaining employee records.
Job Requirements:
- Strong English Communication skills.
- BBA graduates - HR major preferred but not mandatory.
- Good Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good attention to details and good learning agility.
