About Our Church

SBCA Mission, Vision, & Values
Mission | We exist to connect fully to God and to His people so that we may share the love of God to the world.

Vision | We are part of a movement-turned-denomination, the Christian & Missionary Alliance. The vision of the C&MA is to bring all of Jesus to all the world (Matthew 24:14)

Values & Culture | Just as gardeners cultivate a garden, we cultivate these values in order to nurture a gospel culture.
- Prayer. We believe that apart from Jesus, we can do nothing of eternal value.
- God's Word. We strive to know truth from the Bible and apply it to our lives.
- Connection. We cultivate meaningful connections to foster accountability, care, and spiritual growth.
- Holy Spirit Empowerment. We rely on the Holy Spirit to empower us, without whom we can accomplish nothing.
- We are a river, not a reservoir. The Great Commission mandates that we GO and make disciples. We train, encourage, and support our church members to be sent out.
