Lead a part-time Mandarin- and English-speaking pastoral ministry for a Chinese Christian congregation. Responsibilities include preaching, biblical teaching, pastoral care, visitation, prayer, counseling, discipleship training, evangelism, missions strategy, community service, and church development planning. The pastor will equip congregants, develop family-oriented ministries, support spiritual growth, and engage Chinese immigrant communities and Chinese-owned businesses. Candidates need a Christ-centered faith, pastoral calling, eligibility for Christian and Missionary Alliance credentialing and ordination, evangelistic ministry experience, and familiarity with Chinese immigrant and North American cultures.

Leads preschool ministry for children from birth through preschool and their families. Oversees pastoral care, volunteers, staff, curriculum, ministry environments, and administrative systems. Partners with parents on children’s spiritual development, builds welcoming and safe ministry spaces, and provides regular onsite leadership during weekend programming and weekday planning and volunteer development.

Lead Gatehouse Ministries as Executive Director and Residential Manager. Responsibilities include managing student applications and interviews, mentoring and supporting third-culture students, coordinating meals and community activities, overseeing property upkeep, maintaining nonprofit compliance, assisting with fundraising, managing donor communications, and overseeing newsletters. The role is residential, includes living accommodations, and is typically held by a couple.

Provides spiritual, organizational, and pastoral leadership for a diverse bilingual congregation. Responsibilities include preaching and teaching, vision development, discipleship, evangelism, pastoral care, counseling, conflict management, family ministry, and recruiting and mentoring lay leaders. The pastor will strengthen church unity, community engagement, leadership development, and member participation while supporting potential future church planting.

Lead pastoral ministry for a small, seasonal C&MA congregation; remain consistently present and engaged with the church and local community; shepherd, teach Scripture, disciple members, reach unreached people, and develop congregational outreach. Candidates must hold C&MA accreditation and licensing, with ordination required within two years if not already ordained. Five years of senior pastoral experience is required; mission experience may also be considered.

Leads the camp’s vision, strategy, operations, staff, programs, finances, facilities, safety, fundraising, and spiritual development. Oversees hiring and staff development, camper and parent engagement, compliance, risk management, board relations, marketing, and communications. Works with the Board of Directors and district leadership to advance the camp’s mission, sustainability, and program effectiveness.

Lead and shepherd a diverse, urban, multilingual congregation through biblical preaching, prayer, pastoral care, leader development, vision setting, evangelism, community engagement, and church operations. The pastor will empower ministry teams, oversee teaching and discipleship, support missionaries and church planters, represent the church externally, and collaborate with elders, the governing board, and the Christian and Missionary Alliance.

Lead a healthy, stable Christian congregation through preaching, shepherding, discipleship, leadership development, vision-setting, pastoral care, and community mission. The pastor will collaborate with elders and staff, develop ministry leaders, strengthen relational discipleship, oversee church-wide alignment, support spiritual formation, and steward change wisely while maintaining sustainable ministry rhythms. C&MA licensing or a path to ordination is required.

Owns church-wide communications strategy, content, brand, and digital platforms across websites, email, social media, YouTube, mobile app, and print. Responsibilities include writing and editing, campaign planning, website and platform management, brand governance, volunteer and contractor coordination, video distribution, project workflows, analytics, crisis communications, budget management, and responsible AI adoption. The role is hybrid but requires regular Sunday, event, evening, and weekend availability.

Lead Pastor responsible for providing Christ-centered spiritual leadership, teaching Scripture, cultivating congregational and community relationships, developing ministry leaders, guiding church vision and transitions, and partnering with elders and ministry leaders. The pastor must demonstrate strong Biblical character, prayerful dependence on the Holy Spirit, compassion, leadership, and a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ. This is an onsite role requiring completion of the Christian and Missionary Alliance licensing process.

Lead the planting of a Gospel-centered, disciple-making church in an underserved Upstate New York community. Develop vision and ministry strategy, build and empower teams, make disciples, communicate the Gospel, cultivate community relationships, and pursue multiplication. The planter may partner with an existing Alliance church and must be willing to relocate, engage deeply with the local community, navigate uncertainty, and develop new ministry pathways.

The Worship Pastor will plan and lead weekly worship services, provide vision and oversight for worship and technical teams, build relational team culture, connect with the church and community, and lead an additional ministry such as youth, children, young adults, or outreach.

Provides biblical, spiritual, and organizational leadership for a 100-attendee congregation. Responsibilities include preaching, teaching, discipleship, pastoral care, counseling, evangelism, community outreach, family ministry, volunteer and staff leadership, worship oversight, missions support, and conflict management.
