Purpose:
The US CMFT Associate Marketing Manager will support product and portfolio marketing for the CMFT business in the United States, based in West Chester, PA. This role partners closely with Sales, Clinical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory/Compliance, and Global Marketing to develop and execute go-to-market plans, drive clinical and commercial adoption, enable the field force, and deliver measurable business results.
You will be responsible for:
Product strategy & lifecycle
Support development and execution of product and portfolio strategies for CMFT devices and instrumentation in the US.
Assist with product launches, life-cycle management, competitive positioning, and value-proposition development.
Market insight & customer understanding
Collect and synthesize market, customer, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and product decisions.
Maintain customer feedback loops with clinical affairs and R&D.
Go-to-market & launch execution
Build and execute launch plans, promotional messaging, clinical evidence summaries, and sales enablement materials.
Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness: training, inventory planning, pricing, and reimbursement support.
Sales enablement & training
Create and maintain training tools, procedural guides, presentations, case studies, and digital assets for field sales and clinical specialists.
Support in-service programs, OR demonstrations, and surgeon education events.
Marketing communications & digital
Collaborate on campaigns (digital, email, congress presence, product collateral) to drive awareness and adoption.
Partner with content and digital teams to ensure channel-appropriate materials and measurable performance tracking.
Compliance & promotional review

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Analytical capability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
Willingness to travel (approximately 20–40%, depending on product and launch activities).
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or clinical background (RN, surgical tech, biomedical).
Demonstrated experience supporting product launches and surgeon education programs.
Knowledge of US healthcare payer landscape and reimbursement coding relevant to CMF/trauma procedures.
Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.
