Associate Marketing Coordinator
As the Associate Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our marketing operations, ensuring smooth execution of various projects while providing crucial support to our marketing team. This role combines administrative expertise with marketing coordination, perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in making things happen behind the scenes. This role offers the perfect opportunity to build a strong foundation in marketing while utilizing your administrative and coordination strengths.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate logistics for corporate events and trade shows, ensuring all details are flawlessly executed
- Manage our promotional swag program, from ordering and inventory to distribution
- Support the planning and execution of internal recognition programs and events
- Assist with webinar coordination and technical setup to ensure seamless virtual experiences
- Help track and manage marketing budgets and expenses
- Provide administrative support for various marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met
What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent administrative and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
