Job Description – Associate Manager (Purchase)
- Lead procurement of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, capital equipment, and services, ensuring timely availability to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate commercial terms, evaluate suppliers, and manage vendor relationships to achieve cost optimization, quality, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Maintenance, Quality, and Finance teams for procurement planning, inventory optimization, and timely order execution while ensuring ERP compliance.
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct vendor audits, manage contracts, resolve supply issues, and ensure adherence to statutory, quality, and company procurement policies.
