As an Associate Manager, Technical Training, you will lead critical training programs that support compliance, operational excellence, and employee development in a highly regulated environment. This role offers the opportunity to shape training strategy, improve learning systems, and drive measurable business impact across multiple functions.

What You Will Do
  • Lead and manage a Technical Training team to deliver effective role-based training programs across the site or assigned area.
  • Oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of technical training content, including digital learning solutions.
  • Ensure training programs, records, and processes remain compliant with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and internal procedures.
  • Manage training activities associated with document revisions and process changes to ensure accurate training assignment and completion within the learning management system.
  • Partner with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, compliance, and other business functions to identify training needs and translate them into scalable learning solutions.
  • Monitor training performance metrics and key performance indicators, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to improve training effectiveness.
  • Represent Technical Training during audits and inspections, providing training records, qualification evidence, and process support.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for training systems, processes, and governance while supporting system enhancements and service-level performance.
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Training & Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting training programs, learning systems, or technical training processes.
  • Experience working with learning management systems, document management systems, and change control processes.
  • Experience developing and managing technical training programs and role-based learning curricula.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or commercial operations training.
  • Experience managing remote employees or distributed teams.
  • Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, training needs analysis, and eLearning development.

 

  


Poland Pay Ranges:

  • Poland: zł191.100 - zł318.500 PLN Annual
