What you will do –

  • Lead and support logistics transformation initiatives including distribution center start-ups, network changes, system implementations, and 3PL transitions.
  • Partner with IT, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Legal, and other stakeholders to define requirements, design future-state processes, and successfully execute transformation projects.
  • Analyze logistics and supply chain data to support project decisions across distribution, transportation, inventory, order management, quality, and reporting functions.
  • Drive project execution activities including planning, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, change management, cutover readiness, and go-live support.
  • Track project milestones, risks, budgets, timelines, and deliverables while providing updates to project teams and leadership.
  • Support process mapping and continuous improvement efforts by documenting current-state processes, designing future-state solutions, and applying lessons learned across programs.  
  • Collaborate with business and IT partners to develop business requirements, testing strategies, and system solutions that support operational objectives.
  • Provide post-implementation support by identifying, prioritizing, and resolving issues to ensure successful adoption and operational stability.
  • Partner with internal teams and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure alignment, effective communication, and successful project outcomes.
  • Support the development and execution of Stryker's logistics transformation roadmap and continuous improvement strategy.
  • Monitor and report on key project and operational metrics including schedule adherence, budget performance, and launch readiness.

Required –

  • 6+ years of experience (4+ years in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Operations or related fields)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering or equivalent
  • Data analytical skills
  • Fluency English

 

Preferred –

  • ERP
  • PowerBI experience (designing and interpreting reports)

  • USN: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual
  • US5: $93,800 - $156,200 USD Annual
  • US10: $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual
  • US15: $102,700 - $171,100 USD Annual
  • US20: $107,200 - $178,600 USD Annual
  • US30: $116,100 - $193,400 USD Annual
