- Monitor and manage HR budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
Implement health and safety protocols for employees, aligning with the site’s operational standards. - Support community development programs, including education, healthcare, and vocational training, in line with Adani’s CSR initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree in HRM or MBA in HR is preferred
Mine operation experience in large open cast mines.
3 to 7 years of relevant experience of prefer - Mining Industry working experience.
