Job Description

A Domain Knowledge consultant is proficient in their understanding of the business unit and supports the
business unit in analyzing knowledge needs, identifying appropriate knowledge solutions, and monitoring the
implementation of the solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Domain training for employees.
  • Design and create Domain training content.
  • Demonstrates understanding of business unit and/or industry systems, processes, and requirements.
  • Analyze Business needs/objectives from a Training perspective.
  • Review Business process documentation to assess skill and knowledge requirements.
  • Build Training solutions post assessing the business problem, suggesting Training needs, plans, relevant content, certifications required etc
  • Partner to help build implementation plans and control mechanisms.
  • Contribute towards Business Unit Projects and Initiatives.

Educational Requirements & Skills
