Core Responsibilities:
• The key objective of Associate Key Account Manager is to further be driving the business and partnership with key customers.
• Having the full ownership for maintaining and building the relationship with some of our Grocery Channel accounts (London Drugs, Dollarama and Giant Tiger).
• Be strategic and detail oriented in building and executing a sustainable commercial plan.
• Preparing and execution of operational business plans and as well shaping the strategy together.
• In-store execution management and brand image: Ensure consistent brand standards especially in areas of visual presentation, product management, and marketing.
• Desirable business contract and trading terms negotiations skills.
• Preparing & analyzing sales reports, customer scorecard, store detail analysis.
• Customer P&L: basic knowledge of account trade budget and P&L to improve ROI and provide value growth management.
• Work closely with other Key Account team members, Trade Marketing, Operations, Digital Team, share ideas and best practices.

Do you have what it takes?
• Proven experience in Account Management / Demand Planning/Customer Planning, within a global, multinational company (Drug or Grocery Stores desirable but not necessary)
• Commercial capabilities and experience from both physical stores and Ecommerce sales, that will enable continued development of our mutual business
• Solid strategic orientation proven by shaping the own area of responsibility
• Curious and customer focused, result oriented with strong performance record
• Brave to accept the challenges, to find and propose recommendations and new ideas that enable
• Strategic implementation of sales-driven initiatives that has led to significant transformation of a channel
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to listen and adjust to different customers. A strong relation-builder through a win-win mentality
• Extensive experience in data analysis and planning to really capture the learnings and take actions to drive sales
• Experienced user of MS Office (mainly Advanced Excel)
Relocation
There is no relocation budget for this role.

Compensation
The annual base salary for this position has a range from $106,255.00 - $156,255.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational set-up. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law when determining the salary. A bonus scheme with a target Bonus of 17.5% of the annual base salary is in place for this position as well as a standard benefit package .The comprehensive remuneration details, incl. benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Skills Required
