What you'll do:
- Maintaining and updating inventory records in Costpoint (ERP)
- Counting material, equipment, or supplies in stock (cycle counts)
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
- Physically transferring parts received from Production and stocking our inventory
- Completing parts transfers in Costpoint (ERP)
- Issuing parts to Maintenance and other customers
- Issuing kits, material and equipment or supplies to production
- Verify all returned kits inventory to be accurate and ensuring all goods are in acceptable condition
- Properly stocking inventory in designated locations
- Provide great customer service when interacting with internal or external customers and ensure all parties receive a positive interaction
- Supports kit builds, packouts, and operational equipment staging
- Assists with deployments and demo preparation
- Other various tasks as assigned
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of Inventory Clerk with ERP experience
- Able to work 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm
- Minimum 1 year work experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with software such as Microsoft Excel and other company spreadsheet programs
- Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
- Personal accountability and integrity are paramount, as an Inventory clerk is tasked with an accurate accounting of all inventory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as many packages are large
Preferred qualifications:
- 3+ year of ERP inventory experience
- Forklift Operator Certified
- Experience with RFID scanner inventory systems
- Manufacturing experience
- MS Office experience
