Provide aftermarket and sales administrative support including order processing, customer quotes, sales and aftermarket reporting, contract routing and tracking, import/export logistics tracking and documentation, vendor/customer database maintenance, and coordination with finance, forwarders, and internal stakeholders to improve operations and reporting.

o   Ensure required documentation and system records are completed in a timely manner for all records of import/export shipments.

o   Resolve problems during daily import operation, such as goods delay/damage claim, etc.

o   Utilize Logistics System (such as SAP, WMS) to track information.

o   Analyze Import/Export Data to improve delivery times and reduce costs

o   Provide timely and accurate Import/Export Monthly reports for upper management.

o   Interface with forwarders/Customs brokers/overseas shippers by the phone and through emails for import tracking.

o   Optimize operations procedures to improve efficiency and support continuous improvement.

o   Cooperate with internal stakeholders from other departments in the company Division to achieve win—win situations.
