What You'll Do:

  • Troubleshoot & Repair: Disassemble equipment to identify and correct malfunctions in a wide range of systems, including telephony equipment, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and storage devices.

  • Data Security: Ensure all data is permanently and securely removed from devices using approved tools, software, and techniques.

  • Inventory Management: Use reporting tools to track inventory levels, monitor asset age, and support accurate, real-time record-keeping.

  • Collaborate & Communicate: Serve as a communication bridge between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Address questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Kit Assembly & Labeling: Assist with packaging, labeling, and test kit assembly as needed to support operational throughput.

  • Compliance & Quality: Follow established processes to ensure consistent quality and compliance with ITAD standards and procedures.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of relevant technical or configuration experience, ideally in ITAD or electronics refurbishment.

  • Solid understanding of electronics assembly and disassembly, troubleshooting, and data security practices.

  • Familiarity with tools and systems used for tracking inventory and asset history.

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

Work Environment:

  • This position is based in a warehouse setting.

  • Role may require standing, lifting, or repetitive tasks for extended periods.
