In this role, you will follow established manufacturing procedures while applying hands-on expertise in wiring, soldering, component installation, cable harnessing, and precision assembly.

The ideal candidate ensures all work meets quality standards and specified tolerances, performs basic troubleshooting, and may assist with disassembly and repair of units. Additional responsibilities may include test kit assembly, packaging, labeling, and other production support tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented assembler who wants to grow within a stable, high-performing manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

  • Perform wiring, soldering, harnessing, and component installation with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Verify quality standards and ensure assembled products meet all required tolerances

  • Identify, disassemble, and correct minor malfunctions when necessary

  • Support additional production activities, such as test kit assembly, packaging, and labeling

  • Follow standardized processes while making minor adjustments to methods as needed

  • Collaborate with supervisors and senior team members to resolve routine production issues

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and industry standards

What You Bring to the Role
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational certificate or 2-year degree preferred

  • 2–3 years of assembly, electro-mechanical, or related manufacturing experience

  • Working knowledge of soldering, wiring, cable harnessing, mechanical and/or electronic assembly

  • Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and written work instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

  • Comfortable working on semi-routine tasks with occasional need to deviate from standard procedures

  • Proficiency in following established processes while seeking guidance from senior team members when needed

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under moderate supervision
