What do we need?

We are looking for a rockstar Associate HRBP & HR Administrator who will work as a trusted business partner to your assigned Global business teams & lead on key HR administration tasks for the department. You will work closely with managers, teams, and key stakeholders to help build the organisation, people capability and support on shaping & implementing effective people strategies within the organisation, working to build employee engagement, satisfaction and promote good HR practice and compliance. You will also own and lead on key administration activities for the HR department 

In this role you will get to

HR Partner

  • Engage with Heads of Department to offer thought and support on people related topics 
  • Workday management & administration of employee lifecycle including but not limited to onboarding, employee relations, transfers, leaves, exits
  • Understand and support organisation design, capabilities, team structure, job/role design and levelling
  • Provide guidance in understanding employee engagement, develop and manage engagement surveys, utilising data analysis and identifying trends to assist in making informed decisions linked to business priorities
  • Lead on the performance review cycles for assigned business groups, analysing the data to work and guide the business to effectively performance manage or develop employees
  • Manage employee relations and staff wellness initiatives
  • Participate in facilitation workshops including on topics such as performance, manager effectiveness and development

HR  Administration 

  • Manage Jira Service Desk for the HR team ensuring SLAs are met 
  • Conduct UK Background and Right to Work checks 
  • Maintain our library of employee letters (automated through Workday) to ensure compliance and suitability at a global level 
  • Support our HR Operations team in people related audits and quarterly/year end reporting
  • Policy review and iteration to ensure compliance 

We're looking for people who have 2+ years’ experience within a similar HR role supporting teams/businesses with a global footprint and you will ideally hold a qualification (CPP, CIPD or similar) in Human Resources. As the Associate HRBP you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, a high degree of accuracy and razor sharp attention to detail

The key skills we are looking for

  • Supporting on Implementing initiatives and process across global teams to add value
  • Employee relations, including performance management & manager coaching on sensitive employment matters
  • In depth knowledge of UK, Ireland & US employment laws 
  • Using HR systems – Workday is an advantage
  • Understanding of the people challenges faced by an organisation and ways to overcome these
  • Reporting & Data Analysis 
  • Supporting in change management, process setting and implementation
  • Ability to influence and gain buy in from leaders & peers of all level 
  • Stakeholder communication & negotiation to reach beneficial outcomes

  • Confluence (creating and updating pages)
