MAS Legato is the Shared Services arm of MAS Holdings, focused on offering Finance and HR services across the organization. The time and operational efficiencies created through a shared services platform makes MAS Legato a critical component of MAS, as a future-ready organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Evaluate and feasibility study - Supplier onboarding/rollout to MAS Vendor Portal System
- Monitor Portal non-alignment and take necessary action for alignment
- Attend to SysAid tickets based on SLA and take initiatives to reduce number of tickets logged
- Create and manage mail groups to seamlessly connect with vendor portal
- Identify automation opportunities and process improvements within FSS
- Collaborate closely with technology partners to ensure that tickets raised are resolved in a timely manner. Proactively monitor the progress of open tickets and escalate issues when required
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending invites, and preparing agendas. Ensure smooth communication among participants, manage changes to schedules, and follow up on action items. Maintain meeting records and track key outcomes
- Evaluate the RPA solutions proposed by Technology partners and benefits realization
- Monitor critical KPI dashboards to detect issues and take actions
- Work closely with technology partners in order to get maximum support, do UATs, attend to user issues and provide first level support during rollouts to ensure a smooth flow of processes and systems
- Provide comprehensive assistance to various operational teams (Vendors, SBUs, RM teams, AP teams, etc.) and collaborate closely with teams to address operational challenges, streamline processes, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
Knowledge and Skills
- Degree in Management, Finance or IT or equivalent professional qualification
- 1 year minimum experience
- Technical skill- EDI, SAP Finance, Material management
- Team player, good communication and presentation skills, analytical skills, critical thinker and creative problem solver
Skills Required

- Experience with EDI
- Experience with SAP Finance
- Knowledge of Material Management / SAP MM
- Experience handling SysAid ticketing and meeting SLA targets
