KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in coordinating with relevant teams to collect specifications and planning-related information required for capacity reservations and loading plans.
Support the preparation and maintenance of production schedules and detailed planning trackers to help ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations.
Attend merchandising and production meetings to gather updates, identify potential issues, and communicate planning-related information to the team.
Assist in monitoring production progress against plans, highlighting deviations, delays, or raw material availability concerns for review by the Planning team.
Maintain accurate planning data and update relevant systems and reports (SAP, Planning Tool and planning trackers) to support production operations and decision-making. Learn to understand customer requirements and support the team in maintaining quality standards aligned with end - consumer expectations.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physical Science or Engineering.
- Professional qualification (partly completed or completed) in Financial Accounting will be an added advantage.
- Ability to effectively communicate information in a clear and professional manner, both verbally and in writing, to engage stakeholders and ensure alignment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to efficiently manage documents, data, and presentations.
Skills Required
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physical Science or Engineering.
- Professional qualification in Financial Accounting (partly completed or completed).
- Effective verbal and written communication to engage stakeholders and ensure alignment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
