Noyon Lanka, originally a joint venture between a French lace company and MAS Holdings, is a global leader in lace design and production. With design libraries in France and Sri Lanka and production facilities across Sri Lanka, Indonesia, and China, Noyon creates unique lace designs for international brands. Its expertise extends to warp-knit solutions through the INNTRIX collection, catering to activewear, sportswear, and femtech markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the continuation and documentation of the plasma research project, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Assist in conducting experiments, tests, and evaluations related to research activities.
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of the AQL audit process.
- Analyze process performance and recommend improvements to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of research findings, test results, and audit documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and quality initiatives.
- Adhere to company safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation as required.
- Perform other technical and research-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
- Strong academic background with an interest in research and quality management.
- Basic understanding of research methodologies, laboratory practices, and quality assurance principles.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic technical environment.
