About this opportunity:
Managing NOC 24X7 environment & to handle the day-to-day operational challenges and ensure smooth operations and as per the contract agreements. Lead by example will be the key attribute desired for the role
Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for day to day operational performance• To lead the team as one coherent unit and deliver as per SLAs.• Ensuring KPI / SLA Fulfillment related to Network Surveillance.• Ensuring high motivation level of team resources• Providing Technical guidance and Leadership to the team members• To be able to interface with Interface with the other organizational entities like Circle team NPI, NPO, Optimization, SRF, FO, Projects, 3PP, Customer Support, Customer etc• To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets when necessary.• To ensure new nodes are integrated as per the standardized processes.• To predict man-power requirements• SLA reporting for Ticket. (Response & resolution)• Regular follow up on the events with relevant departments working on it as per the MSTOP process• To plan & perform all the shift operational activities.• To support and implement MSTOP processes.• To act as a planned work coordinator for emergency requests beyond normal office hours
Candidate Prerequisites:
Education: Degree in Bachelor of Engineering
Industry Experience:• At least 1.5 years' experience in Telecom. Significant part of this experience must be in to Telecom Network • Having completed at least 18 months in current role.• Certifications: ITIL / CCNA/JNCIA/CCIP will be additional advantage• Technical and/or functional skills: GSM & CDMA Knowledge, Telecom Service Network, Service Application characteristics, Implementation & integration of processes. People Management, Interpersonal skills, Customer Relationship Management• Language skills: Proficiency in Written & Spoken English & Hindi• Values and behaviors: Ericsson Core Values, Honesty, Integrity, Positive Attitude, Ability to handle pressure & work in a tough environment
