Position Overview:
The Associate Endpoint Engineer will support the development and optimization of data solutions that enable teams to make better data-driven decisions. The role will involve building, maintaining, and delivering key reports and dashboards; collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business needs; and assisting stakeholders by providing data and insights to guide decision-making.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, finance, economics, computer science, data science, etc.) preferred.
0-1+ years experience in an analyst or data role such as data analysis, data engineering, business intelligence, operations, finance, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, data visualization, Power Query/Get & Transform Data).
Experience with analytic and data visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI strongly preferred.
Familiarity with programming languages (SQL, Python, R) is a plus.
Ability to explore and build datasets and data models to derive insights.
Good communication skills; ability to interact with stakeholders and translate data insights.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, adaptability, ability to multitask, and think critically.

Location Requirement:
This position is eligible for remote work in any state where Dutch Bros currently operates: AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, ID, KS, KY, MO, NM, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, and WA. Employees who reside in the Greater Phoenix Area will be expected to work onsite Monday–Thursday, with Fridays offered as an optional remote workday.
