Lead design, configuration, optimization, and support of Workday Core HCM, Compensation, and Recruiting. Partner with HR and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions, manage integrations, reporting, testing, releases, and stakeholder communications to improve employee experience and HR processes.

Design and lead enterprise-scale integration architectures connecting microservices, APIs, and real-time streaming. Build ETL/ELT and DataOps pipelines, implement Kafka-based event-driven systems, deploy integrations on Kubernetes, enforce data governance/compliance, evaluate integration tooling and licensing, and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
