  • MLR oversight

  • Speaker Bureau management 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinate cross-functional MLR calendar, prioritization of content for review and assist the MLR coordinator in ensuring content completes the process. 
  • Liaises with internal marketing and field team on program execution and adherence to processes established for Speaker Programs. 
  • Lead the tactical work of annual/ongoing Speaker nomination, contracting, and onboarding processes, as well as other speaker-related initiatives. 
  • Develop process and provide direction on the logistical execution of territory meeting sponsorships and adherence to processes and business rules. 
  • Executes on training needs, such as leading training sessions, obtaining feedback and ensuring understanding and alignment. 
  • Develop, enhances, and deploys training material. 
  • Plays an integral role in National Meetings. Works closely with commercial leads to identify agenda topics, develop themes, and organize meetings. 
  • Manage and engage vendors who support MLR, congresses, training, and meeting production. 
  • Work with exhibit booth vendor(s) and agency partner(s) to support exhibits and events for commercially-lead national congresses. 
  • Support the annual Business Planning process. 
  • Work with VP of US Commercial and BD / Marketing Director leads on insights at the national, regional, territory and account level. 
  • Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders on training, events, speaker programs, and MLR. 
  • Support first product launch for the organization anticipated in early 2025. 
  • Support marketing material rollout and training. 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree; preferably in Marketing and/or related field 
  • Minimum of 5 years of related, healthcare marketing experience 
  • Strongly preferred for incumbent to possess life science industry experience 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Remote – home-based office environment 
  • Up to 30% domestic travel
