El/Assoc. Dir, Market Access LATAM es responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias de acceso al mercado para medicamentos, asegurando que lleguen a los pacientes de manera sostenible y equitativa en la región.Buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo un Lider de Acceso, con sólida experiencia en estrategias de acceso a mercados y relacionamiento con actores clave del sistema de salud , incluyendo agencias gubernamentales, asociaciones de pacientes, aseguradoras de salud, sindicatos, camaras y financiadores públicos y privados, asegurando acuerdos de cobertura y acceso.



Responsabilidades 


Diseñar, liderar e implementar estrategias de acceso para medicamentos de alta especialidad y alto costo, considerando las políticas de reembolso y cobertura en diferentes países de Latinoamérica (Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Panama, Costa Rica, entre otros).


Negociar con actores clave, incluyendo agencias gubernamentales, asociaciones de pacientes, aseguradoras de salud, sindicatos y financiadores públicos y privados, asegurando acuerdos de cobertura y acceso.


Desarrollar propuestas de valor y modelos de acceso en colaboración con las áreas médicas, regulatorias y comerciales.


Identificar oportunidades, riesgos y barreras en el entorno sanitario y político que impacten el acceso de los pacientes.


Monitorear las oportunidades, los riesgos y las barreras en el entorno político y de salud que puedan afectar el acceso de los pacientes.


Representar a la compañía ante instituciones gubernamentales, asociaciones de pacientes, sindicatos y entidades de salud.


Conducir proyectos interdepartamentales que aseguren un acceso sostenible y equitativo a las terapias innovadoras.


Elaborar reportes ejecutivos de resultados, proyecciones y planes de acción para la Dirección General.



Educación, Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas  


Profesional en Ciencias de la Salud, Economía, Administración o carreras afines.


Experiencia mínima de 5 a 10 años en posiciones de Acceso o Relaciones Institucionales dentro de la industria farmacéutica.


Conocimiento profundo del sistema de salud latinoamericano, políticas de cobertura, reembolso y negociación con Gobiernos, obras sociales , Camaras, asociaciones y sindicatos.


Experiencia comprobable en productos de alta especialidad y alto costo.


Excelentes habilidades de negociación, pensamiento estratégico y gestión de stakeholders.


Liderazgo y gestión de equipos de alto desempeño.


Visión estratégica y fuerte orientación a resultados.


Capacidad analítica y toma de decisiones basada en datos.


Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.


Dominio avanzado de inglés.


Disponibilidad para viajes regionales

Skills Required

  • Degree in Health Sciences, Economics, Business Administration or related field
  • 5 to 10 years experience in Market Access or Institutional Relations within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Deep knowledge of Latin American health systems, coverage and reimbursement policies
  • Experience negotiating with governments, insurers, patient associations, unions and other payers
  • Proven experience with high-specialty, high-cost pharmaceutical products
  • Strong negotiation skills and stakeholder management
