REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total experience 14+ years

  • in strategy, consulting, or business analysis, with strong exposure to Power & Electricity utilities

  • Deep understanding of utility business models, regulatory environments, and industry transformation trends

  • Proven expertise in strategy definition, solution shaping, and enterprise transformation roadmaps

  • Strong knowledge of utility operations, including customer service, metering & billing, field service, outage management, and new service connections

  • Experience working with Power, Electricity, or Water utilities, including IOUs, distribution companies, or municipal utilities

  • Hands-on exposure to enterprise platforms and digital ecosystems such as CRM, CIS, billing, OMS, GIS, and integration architectures

  • Strong ability to translate business objectives into future-state digital and platform strategies

  • Proven ability to lead executive workshops, visioning sessions, and solutioning discussions

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and thought leader for Power & Electricity utility clients, shaping next-generation digital and platform strategies

  • Lead the creation of industry-specific frameworks, transformation roadmaps, and reusable consulting assets

  • Partner with clients to identify high-impact transformation opportunities and define future-state business and technology visions

  • Stay current with emerging trends in utilities, including digital customer experience, platform modernization, and regulatory-driven change

  • Lead strategy, visioning, and solutioning workshops with senior business and IT stakeholders

  • Define and present solution strategies, value propositions, and differentiation during presales and RFP engagements

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-quality proposals, strategy decks, and solution blueprints

  • Cultivate trusted-advisor relationships with clients by providing strategic guidance throughout early-stage engagements

  • Provide leadership during discovery, advisory, and pre-delivery consulting phases

  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts in utility domain knowledge and consulting best practices

  • Champion best practices in strategy development, business architecture, and solution definition

  • Drive alignment between business processes, technology platforms, and data strategies

  • Act as a strategic visionary, connecting utility transformation initiatives to long-term business value

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex utility challenges

  • Actively explore new business models, platforms, and technologies relevant to the Power & Utilities sector to maintain competitive advantage

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
