- Support implementation of a global Operations reporting system.
- Define processes and methods to gather all relevant Operations data.
- Co-ordinate with different stakeholders during analysis and support VIS Operations for developing the dashboards/KPI cockpits.
- Track Operations KPI’s and report on performance.
- Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
- Support the Operations management with tailored analytics.
- Power BI development and administration
- VBA Scripting (added advantage)
- Advanced excel
- Should be familiar and experienced in SQL
- Should have knowledge in ETL
- High customer orientation
- Analytical mind with business acumen
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English language
- Project Management skills
- Ability to work in teams (internally as well as with customers, commercials and supplying units)
- Familiar with JavaScript, CSS, and other JavaScript libraries is plus (but not mandatory)
- Big data analytics or data modelling knowledge is a plus (but not mandatory)
- Hands on experience of analytics tool like Qlikview, Tableau is a plus (but not mandatory)
