Key Responsibilities

Create and curate engaging travel-related content for Klook’s blog, social media, newsletters, and organic/paid channels.

Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to assess engagement and conversion rates. Provide insights on user behavior and preferences to optimize content strategies.

Work with the central SEO team to provide content visibility on search engines, focusing on travel-related keywords. Update existing content to align with best SEO practices.

Help curate user-generated content and Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content performance, such as click-through rates and engagement metrics.

Contribute to preparing regular performance reports, highlighting insights and recommendations. Maintain documentation of content updates and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience with a good command of English with a flair for creating engaging and informative content and attention to detail in writing and editing.

Proven experience in content creation and marketing, preferably within the travel or e-commerce sector.

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisions and optimize performance.
