What You’ll Do
As an associate consultant in our education division, you will partner with senior advisers to:
- Organize and orchestrate detailed change management programs and high-quality deliverables
- Decipher education leaders’ greatest needs
- Identify data-driven insights about your client school systems and institutions
- Combine human and artificial intelligence to turn data insights into actionable steps for leaders
- Influence leaders and teams to align and act by building deep client relationships
- Collaborate to develop, present and facilitate executive sessions
- Position and design sustainable solutions for ongoing growth and business impact

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree by May 2027 required
- Availability to start working full time in June 2027 required
- At least one year of experience in project management, client management, business development, fundraising or recruitment, and/or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships or professional work required
- Demonstrated leadership experience and outstanding performance in education, volunteer activities or professional work required
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Omaha office Monday through Thursday required, with the option to work remotely on Friday
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $60,000-$70,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills.
