Administer and optimize Gallup's global LMS ecosystems (customer-facing and internal). Manage configuration, integrations (including Oracle), reporting, UX, content deployment, HTML/CSS customization, QA, analytics, and continuous improvement. Partner with learning, technology, and business teams to govern roadmap, resolve technical issues, and apply AI/automation to improve personalization and operations.

Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, self-paced and blended learning experiences for leaders, managers and coaches. Partner with subject matter experts to build learning architectures, curriculum strategies and learner journeys. Modernize offerings, create facilitator materials and participant resources, evaluate learner needs, and use generative AI to accelerate design while ensuring program quality and measurable behavior change.

Conduct structured phone interviews, analyze and code responses using Gallup frameworks, deliver interview results, assist scheduling, and collaborate with talent and scheduling teams while building expertise through training and feedback.

Design and build scalable, high-performance web applications and back-end services to modernize Gallup's content platform. Implement API-driven CMS architectures, optimize discoverability (SEO and AI), analyze engagement data with Python, and collaborate with product, marketing and UX to enable reliable content delivery and self-service publishing.

Conduct and lead workplace research using large-scale datasets and advanced quantitative and psychometric methods. Design studies, perform analyses (R/SPSS/Python), develop and validate assessments, run qualitative studies, and translate findings into reports, presentations, and publications to inform organizational practice.

Lead end-to-end product design for Gallup web and mobile platforms, translating complex data and research into intuitive, accessible interfaces. Partner with product, engineering and content teams, contribute to the design system, run usability testing, track design KPIs, mentor other designers, and incorporate AI-enabled workflows to improve quality and delivery.

Own and elevate Gallups mobile experience across iOS and Android: design native interactions, drive mobile-first research and patterns, collaborate with engineers, contribute to the design system, and align mobile and web UX.

Conduct rigorous quantitative analysis of complex survey datasets to test hypotheses, validate data quality, build models, and produce defensible analytic outputs. Partner with consultants and clients to translate research objectives into analytic approaches, document workflows, join client meetings, and communicate insights to inform policy and decision-making.

Partner with product teams to define and govern success metrics, design and evaluate experiments, build dashboards and data models, validate and prepare analysis-ready data, and translate analyses into actionable recommendations to guide product decisions and scale analytics practices.

Own and advance Gallup's mobile experience across iOS and Android: design native, research-driven interfaces, collaborate with engineers and product, contribute mobile patterns to the design system, and drive mobile-first thinking across teams.

Lead and manage complex client engagements: design delivery structures, develop integrated project plans, coordinate resources, manage scope/budget/timelines, establish governance, mitigate risks, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and serve as a trusted client adviser focused on delivery excellence and account growth.
