Job Description

Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Team Member - Commercial Operations to manage the smooth and accurate processing of government rebate invoices while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role also involves supporting process improvement and automation efforts to enhance efficiency. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring timely and accurate processing of rebates, contributing to the overall success of the team. 
Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end Medicaid claim processing.
  • Manage the BOT tracker at the start of each quarter.
  • Ensure the BOT tracker for missing invoices and verify state portals for any overlooked invoices (grouped by states).
  • Monitor state portals for new programs.
  • Address all RPA issues and respond to queries from the RPA team.
  • Resolve Vistex issues.
  • Track the receipt of all Medicaid invoices, ensuring accurate capture of postmark dates to guarantee timely payments.
  • Promptly respond to state queries, providing necessary information and supporting documents.
  • Participate in weekly reviews with the Medicaid, RPA, and Vistex teams to address concerns.
  • Engage in calls with the Front Office to discuss specific process issues.
  • Support process automation efforts.
  • Provide support for ad hoc requests and audit documentation/queries

Qualifications

Educational qualification: A Master degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum work experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the financial operations
Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power point
  • Must have experience in SAP
  • Exceptional user and administrative skills in accounting software, showcasing the ability to navigate and utilize accounting software tools effectively
  • Excellent numeracy skills, showcasing a high level of proficiency in working with numbers

Behavioural skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, conveying information clearly and persuasively.
  • A logical and analytical mind, demonstrating the ability to approach problems systematically and derive meaningful insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills

Finance

The Finance function at Dr. Reddy's goes beyond the traditional roles of monitoring costs, supervising accounting and creating reports. Deep into its digitalization transformation journey, the function works with all departments in the organization as a strategic partner and plays a major role in supporting management in its decision making.

The function is distributed globally and has business partnering teams allied to different business units as Controller and Planners. And, secondly distributed as multiple Centre of Excellence housed in Corporate office, such as treasury, Risk & Assurance, Taxation, Corporate Analytics, Investor Relations, GFRT and GBS.
