Overview

At Groups, the Associate Clinical Supervisor is an opportunity to step into leadership while staying closely connected to the members and the clinical work that brought you to this field.

In this role, you’ll lead and develop a team of 2–6 counselors across multiple offices while continuing to facilitate 4–6 groups of your own. You’ll have the opportunity to coach and support clinicians, drive high-quality member care, and help shape the clinical practices and initiatives that impact the recovery journeys of the members we serve.

As a clinical leader, you’ll serve as a role model for our treatment philosophy and help ensure our teams deliver compassionate, member-centered care. This role is ideal for a clinician who is ready to grow into leadership without stepping away from direct clinical work and meaningful connections with members.
