Partner with clinical and regional leaders to improve member engagement, retention, service quality, and operational outcomes. Support recruitment, team development, community partnerships, escalated concerns, and integrated recovery care across assigned markets.

Partners with clinical, regional, state, and community stakeholders to support integrated care, expansion initiatives, and recovery-oriented services. Requires regional travel, occasional evening and weekend work, and familiarity with healthcare, insurance, social service systems, EHRs, and performance data.
