Some of the things you’ll be doing
- Working directly with our international clients and potential clients, analysing and interpreting documents, regulations, and procedures (including KYC and compliance requirements) in relation to our clients’ legal and tax opportunities.
- Establish and maintain German client companies, manage corporate administration, accounting, and other back-office requirements to keep these German companies in good standing (corporate housekeeping).
- You report to the Business Unit Manager Corporate Clients
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Two or more years of work experience in an international company, law firm, tax or accounting firm
- Comprehensive knowledge of German (corporate) law
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- High motivation and hands-on mentality
- Fluency in German and English

As your experience grows, you may be promoted to an Associate Director role, where you’ll have broader responsibilities, overseeing multiple client portfolios, and actively contributing to business development. Your exceptional performance may then lead you to the position of Director, where you’ll take charge of strategic planning, manage key client accounts, and play a vital role in the Corporate Clients division’s growth. For exceptional achievers, the career path could lead to becoming a Vice President or Executive Director, assuming senior leadership roles and shaping the vision and strategy for the Corporate Clients team. The pinnacle of success might be attained as a Managing Director or Regional Head, with overall responsibility for a specific region’s Corporate Clients division, overseeing multiple teams and business functions.
