Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene Senior Sales Hunter-Persönlichkeit mit nachweislicher Erfolgsbilanz in der Neukundengewinnung und dem Aufbau neuer Kundenbeziehungen in den Bereichen Cybersecurity, IT-Sicherheit, digitale Dienstleistungen und SaaS-Lösungen. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Proaktive Identifikation und Ansprache potenzieller Neukunden in Deutschland, Frankreich oder Spanien durch Networking, Direktansprache und Social Selling.
  • Analyse von Zielbranchen zur Identifikation von Wachstumspotenzialen und qualifizierten Leads.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Go-to-Market-Strategien zur gezielten Ansprache von Entscheidungsträgern.
  • Durchführung überzeugender und kundenspezifischer Vertriebspräsentationen.
  • Steuerung des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses – von der Lead-Qualifizierung bis hin zu Vertragsverhandlungen und dem erfolgreichen Abschluss.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen und Angebote.
  • Pflege einer strukturierten Sales-Pipeline sowie Sicherstellung einer präzisen CRM-Dokumentation und Forecasts.
  • Kontinuierliches Erreichen oder Übertreffen der definierten Vertriebsziele und KPIs.
  • Beobachtung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen zur Identifikation von Differenzierungspotenzialen.

Ihr Profil

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb mit klarem Fokus auf Neukundengewinnung (Hunter Sales).
  • Zwingende Erfahrung in den Bereichen Cybersecurity, IT-Sicherheit, digitale Dienstleistungen, SaaS, Markenschutz oder vergleichbaren Technologielösungen.
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Gewinnung neuer Kunden sowie beim Erreichen oder Übertreffen ambitionierter Vertriebsziele.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis des deutschen Marktes und der geschäftlichen Rahmenbedingungen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und modernen Vertriebstools.
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Organisationsstärke und Ergebnisorientierung.

Vergütung

Die Gehaltsspanne für diese Position beträgt 80.000 € bis 90.000 € brutto pro Jahr zuzüglich weiterer Benefits.

Skills Required

  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Several years' B2B sales experience with focus on new customer acquisition (Hunter sales)
  • Mandatory experience in cybersecurity, IT-security, digital services, SaaS, brand protection or comparable technology solutions
  • Proven track record of winning new customers and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of the German market and business context
  • Proficient with CRM systems and modern sales tools
