Primary Responsibilities1. BI Development & Solution Implementation (40%)- Design, implement, and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using best practices in visualization, automation, and storytelling.
- Standardize and automate reporting to reduce maintenance and improve scalability.
- Analyze and enhance existing BI solutions based on latest tools, techniques, and policies.
- Conduct functional testing and apply quality assurance standards.
- Ensure clear communication, timely delivery, proper stakeholder training, and smooth handover of solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and advanced analytics adoption.
- Collaborate closely with business users to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Maintain strong knowledge of business processes, products, distribution channels, and data flows.
- Support stakeholders by advising on data requirements and solution design for highly complex requests.
- Contribute to project documentation, business cases, and solution visioning.
- Provide user training and support adoption of BI tools.
- Ensure all supported BI environments, dashboards, reports, and data models are stable, accurate, secure, and highly available.
- Maintain documentation, follow governance standards, and ensure proper controls and disaster recovery processes.
- Monitor and meet service-level agreements; manage escalations and incident resolution.
- Perform proactive audits, communicate issues, and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
- Mentor team members and oversee resolution of complex technical issues.
- Coordinate enhancements with IT and Data teams to ensure alignment with architecture standards.
- Ensure adherence to development methodologies, standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Develop solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Define quality metrics and oversee QA activities, test plans, and defect resolution.
- Evaluate internally developed solutions for consistency with best practices and long-term maintainability.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5+ years experience in BI development, data analytics, or data modeling.
- Solid understanding of data structures, relational databases, and ETL concepts.
- Experience collecting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience supporting production BI environments and managing incidents.
