Associate – Storefront & Merchandising Planning
About Team
This role rests in the Activations & Fashion Experience Charter within the Revenue and Growth Management team of Myntra. This team is responsible for the visual merchandising and customer fashion & lifestyle experience on all the digital platforms of IOS/Android App, Mweb, and Desktop and for various categories and brands.
Role: Associate– Activations & Fashion Experience Charter
1) Leading Store experience planning of Topical Campaigns like Valentines, Mother’s Day etc & Festivals Campaigns like Durga Puja, Navaratri etc. Would be responsible for key Emerging Categories like Kids, Beauty etc through effective merchandising solutions.
2) Creating Store experiences (wireframes) & owning all performance & funnel metrics with respect to merchandising. Ensuring that such metrics are institutionalized across teams and running performance cadences with respective stakeholders.
3) Executing campaigns with high precision and driving innovative merchandising solves with minimal customer experience breakages and driving key initiatives of process optimization, adoption of new product features across merchandising journeys.
4) Coordinate and execute campaigns with the store operations team and ensure customer experience is top notch.Act as the conduit between Category, Demand Management, Marketing Monetization & Creative/Design teams to plan monthly & yearly campaigns and co-owing metrics like CTR, RPI, Session to list view etc.
5) Will play a key role in terms of planning & operations for special constructs for big sale events like ‘End of reason sale’, ‘Big fashion festival” etc for the platform.
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferably e-commerce experience with total work experience of 2-4 years (Fashion & lifestyle background will be great)
- Sharp analytical abilities
- Ability to work well under deadlines, pressure and to successfully meet these deadlines
- Bias for action – Has sound judgment, thoroughly thinks through the problems to come up with solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Sharp Business and creative acumen
- Ability to work with a lot of ambiguity
- Extremely strong in execution as this role will involve overseeing significant execution
- Strong sense of customer centricity & understanding towards Market trends & best practices.
- Sound understanding of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Canva
