Job Profile Summary
Support Hanoi Representation Office in overall office operation and business promotion related activities.
ING’s Hanoi Representative Office was established in 2012. The office has liaison function, conducting market surveys, promoting ING’s investment projects in banking operations in Vietnam; accelerating and monitoring execution of contracts, transactions and agreements signed between ING and Vietnamese credit institutions or enterprises, and projects funded by foreign credit institutions or other, interacting closing with all branch staff as well as many offshore stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Office Operations
- Process payment for Office Expenses.
- Support office procurement process such as working on the regular Contracts or Purchase Order with vendors & suppliers on maintenance and service of office facilities.
- Work on tasks related to Legal, Compliance, Operation Risk Management (ORM), Information Risk Management (IRM), Finance as instructed by the Office Manager.
- Other administrative, logistics arrangement for business trips and client meetings.
2) Business promotion activities
- Coordinate with relevant teams to prepare and update Vietnam pitch book.
- Collect client’s information and perform pre-credit analysis on clients.
- Assist the Chief Representative in business promotion activities.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Up to 3 years relevant of working experience in Banking & Finance industry, preferably in international banks.
- Entrepreneurial with strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Highly reliable and conscientious.
- Solid foundation in MS Office products.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Vietnamese.
- Good ability to network and collaborate with colleagues from different geographies.
- Ability to work independently as well as efficiently in a team to be proactive in solving problems.
- Self-directed and self-motivated, with positive working attitude and strong teamwork spirit.
