Role Purpose

To Manage & develop the Corporate Card Product and Equip Sales team with necessary tools to improve topline, penetration and profitability of the corporate card portfolio.

Role Accountability 

  1. Support Product lead in development of new products & features and enhance value proposition of existing products
  2. Work as a project manager along with with cross-functional teams for technical & operational readiness for launch of new products & functionalities
  3. Innovate and revitalize/rationalize existing products to improve contribution to revenue, net income, driving an increase spend, decrease in attrition and improving key performance dynamics.
  4. Work with  cross functional teams (including but not limited to tech, communications, product development, Sales, Account Development) for New Product Development and current Product revitalization.
  5. Manager the operational aspect of  relationships with key external partnerships and influencers like  Master Aggregators, Airline Partners, Offer Partners etc.
  6. Work with marketing team to design and execute marketing plans & communications strategy delivering to broader product Management goals including but not limited to DM, eDM, events. 
  7. Liaise with cross functional team like customer services, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance etc. for continuous process improvement & better customer experience
  8. Liaison with internal & external stakeholders for timely renewal & updation of collaterals, Product features and offers for enhance customer experience. 
  9. Support internal /external audits as in when scheduled and also conduct Self audit

on quarterly basis for key activities managed like partner payouts and other fee charging processes. 

  1. Share and leverage Best Practice Approaches and Knowledge Sales team for creating better customer experience

  1. Overall Target achievement

  3. minimize of new capabilities introduced/product enhancements done
  4. timely updation of collaterals within prescribed timeline

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

At least 5-7  years of experience in  financial services, credit cards or product management

Qualification 

 Graduate/Post graduate

Preferred Industry

 Experience in  financial services, Credit card industry is preferrable

Skills Required

  • 5-7 years experience in financial services, credit cards or product management
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree
  • Experience in financial services or credit card industry
  • Project management experience working with cross-functional teams for product launches
  • Experience managing relationships with external partners (aggregators, airline partners, offer partners)
  • Team player (collaboration skills)
  • Problem solving, analytical skills and creative thinking
