- Independent planning, management and implementation of projects, workshops and initiatives within the Teamsport business units in close cooperation with management
- Supporting the Vice President in operational issues and day-to-day business
- Coordination and follow-up of meetings, incl. agenda creation, taking minutes, organization of follow-ups and preparation of presentations
- Independent management of work streams with relevant stakeholders and coordination of cross-functional activities
- Proactive planning and monitoring of the team sports calendar and preparation of meetings with internal and external partners
- Coordinating closely with leadership teams and ensuring a smooth flow of information and communication within the organization
- Preparation of forecasts and support in global budget planning, including monitoring of budget compliance, especially in the area of travel budget
- Developing and implementing efficient tools, templates and processes to support operational excellence
- Maintaining contact lists, organizing travel and supporting guests of the Vice President.
- Ideally work experienced in project management and assistant roles
- High level of discretion and service orientation
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Excellent organizational skills, communication skills and time management skills
- Professional command of English and German language
- Open minded and flexible, thinking outside the box
