Company Description

At Refinery Group, we hire for attitude as much as experience.

We're looking for the people everyone remembers. The people who bring energy to a room, love talking to guests, support their teammates and take pride in creating unforgettable experiences. Skills can be taught, but personality, connection and genuine hospitality are what set great teams apart.
