Lead daily venue operations for a new hospitality destination, supporting the Venue Manager, managing service periods, ensuring compliance (liquor, food safety, WHS), recruiting and training staff, overseeing rostering and inventory, resolving guest feedback, and contributing to promotions and operational improvements.

Lead day-to-day gaming operations at The Angel of Malvern, ensuring regulatory compliance, cash and equipment management, rostering and training staff, supporting security and asset protection, driving guest service and operational improvements, and collaborating with venue leadership to enhance performance.

Deliver warm, energetic front-of-house service: greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, support bar, events and functions, maintain presentation and cleanliness, work nights/weekends, collaborate with team. RSA certification required; prior hospitality experience preferred.

Lead pre-opening and day-to-day operations of a multi-level venue, recruit and develop FOH/BOH teams, manage rostering, payroll, inventory, compliance (licensing, WHS, gaming), support financial performance and menu/campaign rollout, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
