Assist the store manager with staff hiring, scheduling, leave and disciplinary matters. Train and motivate employees on company policies, SOPs, customer service and selling skills. Develop strategies to achieve sales targets, prepare sales and inventory reports, monitor staff turnover, and provide professional customer service in a retail environment.

- Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
- Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
- Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
- Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).

Education & Experience:
- Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
- Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
- Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
- Full/ Part-Time positions available.
