Assists the store manager with staffing, scheduling, leave and disciplinary matters. Trains and motivates employees on company policies, standard operating procedures, customer service and selling skills. Develops strategies to meet sales targets, prepares staff, sales and inventory reports, and provides professional customer service. The role requires flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, with full-time and part-time options available.

Responsibilities:
- Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
- Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
- Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
- Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
- Provide professional services to customers.
Education & Experience:
- Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
- Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
- Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
- Full/ Part-Time positions available.
