Description

Westwood is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our Power Division. The ideal candidate will assist in managing project lifecycles, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints. This role involves collaboration with project managers and cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, track progress, and mitigate risks. 

Requirements

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of power-related projects.
  • Support project managers in coordinating schedules, resources, and budgets.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in stakeholder communication and project updates.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project initiatives.
  • Help identify project risks and develop strategies for mitigation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience in project management, preferably within the power or energy sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
