The Assistant Project Manager will help keep the project team aligned around key priorities, including budget management, scheduling, quality, safety, diversity goals, document control, subcontractor coordination, and client service.

You will work closely with project managers, superintendents, project engineers, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients to help ensure the project is delivered with the level of excellence, professionalism, and care that Dimeo is known for.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, taking ownership, building strong relationships, and contributing to a team that takes pride in doing the right thing.

What We’re Looking For

  • Knowledge of construction management, engineering, and related construction activities, terminology, and processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings, and project documents to support planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Ability to support cost management, schedule coordination, documentation, meeting preparation, and issue resolution.
