Serve as the full-time Site Safety Manager for a Stamford, CT construction project. Lead safety administration, onboarding, briefings, daily toolbox talks, incident documentation, and corrective action. Collaborate with Corporate Safety Director, Client Executive, superintendent, subcontractors, and the project team to develop work plans, permits, and safety interventions. Mentor staff, support intern programs and recruiting, and contribute to client pursuits and continuous safety improvement.

Manage and execute project schedules from pursuit through closeout. Develop high-level and integrated schedules, analyze critical path and risks, maintain schedule data in scheduling tools, prepare monthly status reports, coordinate with project teams, and coach staff to improve scheduling capability. Travel regionally to project sites 2-3 days per week.
