Assistant Product Manager – Gastroenterology / Urology
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement product strategies, annual marketing plans, and business development initiatives to achieve sales and profitability targets for the assigned Endoscopy product portfolio.
Build and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), consultants, hospital administrators, procurement authorities, and other key stakeholders to drive market development.
Manage the complete product life cycle, including product launches, positioning, pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory planning.
Identify market opportunities through competitor analysis, customer feedback, and market intelligence, and recommend strategies to expand market share.
Developing and maintaining a long-term relationship with clients and other business partners.
Carrying out promotional activities targeting the clients and potential clients for product development and market penetration.
Candidate Profile
B.Sc. Degree in LifeSciences/ Bio-medical Engineering or any other related field.
A postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Business Management will be an added advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing of relevant medical device field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop professional relationships in the knowledge-based industry.
Strong product knowledge in a similar field or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to technical product requirements.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and execute effective product strategies.
