60% Learning & Development
• Learn key programmatic strategy and optimization concepts, technology and tasks; maintain a steep and steady learning curve toward subject-matter expertise
• Continue to further advance your knowledge of programmatic fundamentals
• Advance and develop your knowledge of planning tools, processes and systems
• Participate in Horizon Media’s HX Bootcamp, as well as other syndicated and proprietary training sessions (I.e. Excel Basics, Business Writing, Presentations Skills, and more) as well as Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) certification courses
20% Strategic Planning
• Assist Senior team members in the development and presentation of strong programmatic media plans
• Assist Senior team members with vendor communication in support of media plan build out
• Responsible for the research and pinpoint of audience segments within Demand Side Platforms (DSPs)
20% Account Management
• Assist with day-to-day account management tasks including campaign launch documentation and pipeline management
• Support communication with internal partners including Digital Activation, Performance Analysts and hx Buying
• Collaborate with team to identify and recommend potential strategic pivots and optimizations
• Create and maintain internal campaign trackers
• Attend and participate in weekly status meetings; capture and distribute meeting recap notes to internal team members, summarizing all deliverables and next steps

Preferred Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work or internship experience
• Strong interest in digital communications and emerging media
• Experience working in a highly-collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Salary Range
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00
A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
