We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Operations Manager to join our Manpower Solutions team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.
Scope:
The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of Hospitality contracts and accounts in coordination with site supervisors, administrative support and the Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
Financial
- Oversee all daily deployments of staff to assigned contracts.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of monthly Time & Attendance.
Customer
- Key point of contact with client site teams for all operational matters.
- Develop strong relationships with client POC to facilitate the growth of contracts.
- Management of internal teams such as demand planning, Billing, and payroll to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow process.
- Develop a strong and trusted relationship with employees through daily interaction assisting to resolve simple queries and concerns raised.
Process
- Manage and optimize current workflow process across multiple lines of service, Transport, HR, Deployments and accommodation to ensure operational targets are achieved.
- Identify areas of improvement to enhance efficiencies and processes across the business unit.
- Oversee the onboarding of all newly recruited staff to ensure a smooth hiring and deployment process.
Innovation
- Identify areas where repetitive tasks can be automated.
- Reduce the amount of manual data and identify automated processes where possible.
Selection Criteria
- 3-4 years’ experience in an outsourcing company or similar large-scale workforce.
- UAE driving license.
- Proficient in Computer and reporting skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Able to work flexible shift times to suit operational/client requirements.
